Responsibilities include to coordinate, design, and create sales presentations and packages, assist local account executives with writing orders and researching, maintain commercial inventory in computer systems in timely manner, maintain and update websites, and other administrative duties as required. Qualified applicant must have excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills, be well organized and detail oriented. Must have extensive computer knowledge including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, and Adobe. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

. Greet visitors and listeners
. Update and manage winner’s list daily for three radio stations
. Input orders and commercial data for barter daily for three stations
. Process all incoming and outgoing mail
Experience:
. Must be personable, punctual, and reliable
. Good people skills and dependability is a must
. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
. Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Education Requirements:
. Minimum High school diploma required
